Pharmaceutical and medical equipment companies hire a lot of recent or soon-to-be graduates. Yes, soon-to-be, so it is never too early to start preparing for and scheduling interviews.

As mentioned elsewhere, your lack of work experience can be an advantage. You can draw on all of your experiences in an interview. People with work experience must primarily rely on answers associated with a past career.

Why would companies hire people without experience? The major corporations in these industries originally diversified their workforces due to charges of ageism, racism, sexism, etc.

To their surprise they found that a diversified sales staff actually performs better. They now hire young and old from very diverse backgrounds.

There is only a certain amount of money for all new hires and they can hire students at a slightly reduced rate. So they always include a number of students when comprising a sales team. Students also do not have baggage from another company. They prefer to hire someone who has no prior training.

You also will have the advantage of using the Pharcor method for scheduling interviews, while your fellow students are wasting time posting online resumes, answering newspaper ads etc. You will have interviews within days.

Now is the time to start scheduling interviews.

Other seniors will wait until graduation to start trying to gain interviews, which is to your advantage. Follow the steps in the tutorial and be prepared. If you follow the Pharcor method you should have an interview very quickly.

We show you how to see the person who is actually making hiring decisions. They often call and want to do a quick phone interview and schedule a live interview within days.

To capitalize on this opportunity you should have prepared answers to the interview questions covered in the tutorial prior to the interview.

We will also show you how to schedule “ride-alongs”, which is a very effective method of securing a position.

Also get your resume in our placement service option so we can start working to secure interviews for you.

It is never too early to start preparing for the opportunity to gain a position in pharmaceutical sales or medical equipment sales.

There is a specific section of the tutorial that outlines many things you can do to enhance your chances upon graduation.

There are summer and/or part time jobs which can really enhance your chances.

Certain electives may enhance your position. Some extracurricular activities can put you in a positive light.

There is specific volunteer work (a couple hours a week for a semester) that can almost ensure you a position when the time comes. We will show you how this can almost guarantee that you will have your choice of jobs upon graduation.

When you see the interview questions you will understand that when the time comes it will be much easier if you begin documenting experiences now that are applicable to the interview process.

We will also show you how to make contact with people now that will be of great help to you when you are ready to start interviewing.
